3. Services and/or Financial Assistance your Family Receives (all that apply)

    • Family Independence Temporary Assistance Program (FITAP)
    • Kinship Care Subsidy Program (KCSP)
    • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)/Food Stamps
    • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
